The head on the existing knob, the clip rail on the rod guide clip, the controller box and (version C) the pane pack. The head and the window dummies are placed exactly as in hardware/cad/assembly_preview.scad (checked against OpenSCAD's own export); the box and the pane pack are placed for the picture only.

How the pieces fit
- Head: the cup (with its TPU liner) slides up over the fluted knob; the motor turns it through the O-ring clutch on the drive hub; base and lid enclose the motor. The lid's key rides in the fork of the clip rail, so the head cannot spin.
- Controller box: one box drives both heads over 6-wire flat cable. A is the smallest (USB-C only); B and C add the LiPo under the board.
- Pane pack (C): the 12 V panel stands between the panes, facing out; its lead runs to the box.
